What takes up about 80-90 seconds of that is waiting for network file system(s) to umount. I believe I can see that the issue is networking gets shutdown before the NFS is umounted, so the system sits until it hits it's timeout for NFS umounting. The system then gives up and continues to shutdown. What can we change to have the NFS umounted before the network is taken down?

Project set to LinHES

Subject set to Frontend Takes A Long Time to Shutdown

Status changed from New to Closed

Priority changed from Normal to Normal

Target version set to 6.02.00

LinHES - Bug #171: Frontend Takes A Long Time to Shutdownhttp://www.linhes.org/issues/171?journal_id=15392009-02-25T22:00:16+00:00mihanson
