Enable LCD device set by default

Description
Under setup -> appearance -> last screen the "Enable LCD device" is turned on even though the system doesn't have an device and it was deselected in the install screens. Not sure if this is an inversion or an oversight.

Apparently still not getting set correctly in the MythConverg settings table. To reproduce, do a fresh install. Make sure that LCD/VDF is disabled in: Service Menu -> LinHES Configuration -> Advanced Settings -> 2nd Screen, then see: Service Menu -> MythTV Configuration -> Setup -> Appearance -> 6th screen and note that it's still enabled.

Seems better after upgrade, but I've lost track of the sequence of events. I'll retry and close this if appropriate.
