No only have the core-testing / extra-testing repos activ ...
Trying to upgrade, but ... what does this warning mean ... problems?
I think there are two cycle deps ... Right?

This may happen for some people. To get around it poweroff-scripts, runit, sysvinit will have to be force installed with poweroff-scripts being done first.
Some people may also get a file conflict when doing the install.
It couldn't be avoided, so it was decided that people could force it and be done with it.
