Description
vnccvc and mythtv home dir should be linked together so they share the same mythtv theme cache dir.

During vnc setup .mythtv for vncsvc is a symlink to $HOME/mythtv/.mythtv
Also a setfacl is executed to allow vncsvc access.
By default it's read only.
This is needed because vncsvc and mythtv share the settings table.
